Delivery Requirement (within Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah & Sarawak)
The cost of shipping is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order. Shipping cost for all products shall be bear by the Customer and may subject to change according to the appointed courier company from time to time.
Once your order is placed with us, we provide information on your order such as a summary of all the items on your order and shipping address by email.
Our company will process your delivery of goods once full payment has been received.
Delivery of goods may be made within 3 to 5 business days upon acceptance of your purchase order subject to location of delivery, stock availability and the size of the goods purchased.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Signatory is required upon delivery. When no one is available to receive or acknowledge at the time of delivery, the goods shall be return to the Company. Additional delivery charges will be impose for second round of delivery . A signature is required for all courier services.
A complete/valid shipping address is required to ensure the goods arrive at the right place where there will be someone to acknowledge and receive it.
No delivery will be made to P.O. Box addresses.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund
You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods). And the general requirements for returns are as follows:
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
