Job description

– Can speak & write Mandarin (MUST)

– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

– Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) 

– Fast learner & ability to multi-task

– Internet savvy  

Responsibility :

– To perform day to day general administrative tasks 

– Manage daily sales admin-related and HR-related matters

– Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls 

– Assist in any other duties as assigned
